The Brave 10% Edge – Terms of Service

Accepting these Terms

Please read these Terms of Service, these Terms, carefully before using www.thebraveedge.com, the Site, or enrolling in the Momentum Hub Membership Program, the Membership, operated by The Brave 10% Edge, Company, we, us, or our.

By accessing or using any content on the Site, joining our Membership, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site, participate in the Membership, or enroll in our messaging program.


Membership Provided

The Momentum Hub is a paid membership program designed to help entrepreneurs grow their business through training, support, and community.

Your Membership may include but is not limited to:

Bi-Monthly Power Moves, 3-day challenges such as sales page overhauls, website revamps, copywriting sprints, and similar trainings

Mindset Training in money abundance and visibility

Live Weekly Business Support Calls

Community Accountability for consistent growth


Membership Fees and Payment Terms

Membership Options

Core: $97/month or $970/year, includes two months free

Core+ Support: $197/month or $1,970/year, includes two months free

Payment Terms

All payments are billed in advance of access.

Your Membership will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Late payments or failed renewals may result in suspension of Membership access.


No Refund Policy

ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once your Membership has been activated or renewed, no refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:

dissatisfaction with Membership content or services

inability to participate in live sessions or challenges

changes in your business circumstances

failure to achieve desired outcomes

voluntary cancellation before the end of your billing cycle


Member Responsibilities and Expectations

Active Participation

Success in the Membership requires your participation and application of the strategies and tools provided.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, income levels, or business outcomes. Your success depends on your own efforts and implementation.

Community Conduct

Members agree to maintain a respectful and supportive environment in all community spaces. Disruptive, offensive, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.


Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of any business or personal information you share within the Membership.

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary content, methods, or information shared by the Company or other members.


Professional Disclaimers

We provide educational content, strategies, and resources for business growth.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You should seek appropriate professionals for such matters.


Intellectual Property

All Membership content, including courses, templates, frameworks, and resources, remain the intellectual property of The Brave 10% Edge.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside the Membership is prohibited.


SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS and MMS text messages from The Brave 10% Edge related to our services, programs, memberships, events, reminders, account updates, support communications, and promotional offers, depending on the type of consent you provide.

These messages may include, for example:

reminders about calls, events, challenges, or trainings

account or membership updates

customer support messages

promotional or marketing messages related to our offers, programs, and services

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us, your enrollments, and your communication preferences. HighLevel’s A2P guidance specifically expects a public mobile terms page to describe the program, support contacts, opt-out instructions, and recurring or variable message disclosures where applicable.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages from us unless you opt in again.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan and service agreement. HighLevel’s approval examples include this disclosure alongside HELP and STOP instructions.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS communications from us.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time by managing your subscription in your account settings or contacting us at [email protected].

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided.

We reserve the right to cancel a Membership with notice for violations of these Terms.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Membership, the Site, or our communications shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Brave 10% Edge, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Membership, use of the Site, enrollment in our messaging program, or violation of these Terms.


Privacy

Your use of the Site, Membership, and any SMS communications is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Your Privacy Policy should expressly state that mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, which is one of HighLevel’s stated review requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
